This nozzle has special interior structure, which can evenly mix liquid and gas and generate tiny spraying drop or large spraying drop. in common situation, we can get supper tiny ( about 30mm ) liquid spraying drop by air pressure increasing or hydraulic pressure decreasing. adjustable atomized can adjust liquid capacity. it can meet the requirement of spraying without changing air pressure and hydraulic pressure. therefore , it has good adaptability. each spray device is composed of air cap and liquid cap.which can offer two spray modes, flat fan and round, which wide liquid capacity coverage, various available sizes of inlet joint for spray nozzle. it’s flexible with changeable parts. Atomizing nozzle has good moisture effect. it’s the ideal choice for the location where requires moisture control. The special designed internal structure of D series air atomizing nozzle can make the liquid mix with air to form fine or coarse droplets. Usually, by increasing the air pressure or decreasing the liquid pressure it gets smaller droplets which is about 30 microns, thus it will be in a higher ratio for air & liquid flow. The adjustable air atomizing nozzle is adjustable for liquid flow rate, a required spray effect can be also obtained without changing the pressure of air & liquid. Each of the air atomizing nozzle is composite of air cap and liquid cap, it ‘s widely spraying coverage and can provide both flat fan or round shape spraying. The connector is available for different sizes that are suitable for most commonly pipes. All this air atomizing nozzle parts are interchangeable to meet different requirements.
